Membership Terms
Membership on SugarDatingBeauty is available to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By registering, you confirm that all information provided during account creation is accurate and current. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account.
SugarDatingBeauty reserves the right to approve, suspend, or reject any application at its sole discretion. Membership is not transferable. A single individual may not hold multiple accounts. Code of Conduct
All members are expected to conduct themselves with honesty, respect, and discretion. The following standards apply to every interaction on the platform.
- Provide truthful information in your profile, including age, location, and arrangement expectations.
- Communicate respectfully in all messages. Harassment, threats, or abusive language will result in immediate account suspension.
- Honor the privacy of other members. Do not share private photos, messages, or identifying details outside the platform.
- Respect the stated boundaries and arrangement terms of every member you contact.
- Report suspicious or fraudulent behavior to our moderation team promptly.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly forbidden. Violation of any provision below may result in immediate termination, permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

Solicitation of Illegal Services
Using the platform to solicit, advertise, or facilitate any activity that violates applicable local, state, or federal law.

Impersonation and Fraud
Creating a profile using another person's identity, photos, or personal information without consent. Submitting falsified verification documents.

Spam and Mass Messaging
Sending identical or substantially similar messages to large numbers of members, or using the messaging system for commercial advertising.

Data Harvesting
Scraping, copying, or extracting member profiles, photos, or data through automated tools or manual collection for external use.

Underage Engagement
Contacting or attempting to contact any individual under the age of eighteen. SugarDatingBeauty cooperates fully with law enforcement on all such reports.
Liability and Dispute Resolution
SugarDatingBeauty provides a platform for introductions and communication. We do not conduct background checks beyond our stated identity verification protocol, and we do not guarantee the outcome of any arrangement formed through the platform. Members are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability, identity, and intentions of those they contact.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SugarDatingBeauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from member interactions, including financial loss, emotional distress, or reputational harm. Members acknowledge that all arrangements are formed at their own risk.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to binding arbitration administered in the State of Delaware. Claims must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the dispute. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by applicable law.
